This 94 Kodiak has served us well, unfortunately the grandkids have grown and we have chosen to give up RVing. Unit has a solid fibreglass top and no leaks- floors are solid. Awning retraction pin needs replacing but awning can be rolled manually. Patches on front are the result of a senior moment but do NOT affect towing and can be patched. The price reflects both of these issues. Would be well suited for a temp residence during construction, a bunky at the lake or a tiny home. Unit is located in Lake Cowichan
