Awning Battery bank. 2 propane bottles New LED Lighting inside. Bicycle rack on rear. Integrated Speakers and stereo head unit. All appliances work. Roof doesn't leak. Some delamination on the lower edges on the exterior. you can see the soft spot in the floor that needs to be cut out and repaired. the new vinyl flooring is there in the picture. the plastic furnace vent cover on the roof could use replacing. I don't think its worth the time and effort but that doesnt mean you wont, reseal everything and park it as a rental unit. Would be good as a base for a rebuild or tiny home. Paid $3500 and then I let it sit for a bit. Darn. Come take it away - I don't have the time or the desire to fix. Make me an offer. Maybe you can use it as a chicken coop, or a place to grow your stinky herbs.
