Responsibilities: * Follow all safety protocols and contribute to the success of the safety program * Perform tasks as required on construction site * Operate and maintain small tools * Shoveling and site clean up * Learn pipe laying techniques (for advancement)Requirements: * Ability to take and follow instruction * Professional demeanour when dealing with the public * Able to work outside in all-weather at all times of the year * Minimum two years’ experience in civil construction * Ability to work as a team as well as independently when required * Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more * Able to do extensive physical labour * Valid provincial driver’s licenseAssets: * Recent working experience in similar role * First aid trainingThis position is compensated at an hourly rate. Employees are eligible for enrollment in our company benefits package following successful completion of a three month probationary period.
