$250 · INSULATED CONCRETE FORMS ICF 8" X 16" X 4' in DEEP BAY / BOWSER

Here are my left over ICF's. There are for walls 8" thick and up to 16" tall. They can always be cut down lower of course. There are 23 four foot straight forms, 5 corners and 4 part pieces, all of which are over 2 feet long. That's 92 lineal feet plus what the corners give you. So, you could pour a rectangular footing 20' x 24' and the corners would even make those sides a bit longer. These all key together so you can stack them. If you were tying in to an existing foundation (like I did in the last photo shown) only two corners would be made so you could stack these and get a wall 30' x 30' x 30' and 32" tall. These are special order items that I could not find prices for on the Island so here they are now. Retail is about $25 - $50 each for these plus there is the wait time. You will be getting these for less than $10 each plus the 2 footers which will be thrown in. I'm in Deep Bay, North of Qualicum Beach, South of Courtenay. These are unused but slightly weathered. They worked perfectly for me.
