Position: Administrative Assistant Job type: Full Time Element Restorations Ltd. is a fast-growing full service residential and commercial construction company based in Campbell River, BC. Serving Campbell River and the surrounding areas of mid to northern Vancouver Island, our company works primarily in residential and commercial renovations of all scopes and sizes. The preferred candidate will demonstrate skills in the following areas: * Proficient administrative skills including composing and preparing correspondence * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations * Exceptional interpersonal, and customer service skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Attention to detail and accuracy in work * Reliable and punctual * Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude * Willingness to learn on the job * Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions quickly Education + Assets * Experience in Construction and Service industry an asset * Experience using Buildertrend software an asset * Reliable transportation * Experience in administration an asset Responsibilities * Provide courteous and professional front line service to customers in person, by phone or email * Prepare, process, edit, format, and maintain a variety of documents, reports, records, and files, both manually and electronically * Enter data using a variety of computer programs and databases * Process all incoming and outgoing mail * Research and prepare routine correspondence * Manage Office Supplies and Order as Needed * Create and maintain client/job files and archive as necessary * Assist off site staff with job management software as necessary * Additional tasks and duties as assigned Benefits * Extended health plan including vision and dental care * Life insurance and disability insuranceJob Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule: * Monday to FridaySend resume to: office@elementrestorations.ca Company: Element Restorations Ltd.
